Directions

How To Use:

1. Clean skin. For the side of the face,
if facial hair is a concern you may consider pre-shaving the area of
application.

2. Prep the area with moisturizer but
avoid oils and/or active ingredients. Wait around 10-20 minutes for skincare to
absorb.

3. Patch test with a simple application
first (forehead) before tapping the rest of the face. Consider testing on the
body (neck/chest), first if you are prone to allergic reactions. Neck/chest can
be more sensitive than face for most.

4. Tape is applied UNSTRETCHED to
pre-extended muscle/skin area. Please see our how-to guides for tips on
different application techniques.

5. Tape is applied for 2-8 hours, and/or
overnight. Not recommended to do more than 2-3 areas at a time. Allow your skin
to rest a day or two in between applications.

6. Rub and/or hold the tape to activate
the adhesive with heat.

7. Remove the tape with care slowly in
the direction of hair growth while supporting the skin with the opposite hand.
